During our Xmas stay, we appreciated the spacious room and comfortable bed with a provided kettle for tea and coffee. The hotel location was perfect for beach enthusiasts, as it was only a short walk from the private beach and pool facilities. the staff was polite and helpful in answering our inquiries.

The food was inconsistent and unreliable with some dishes arriving cold. the temperature within the hotel was too low, and our room felt chilly even with extra blankets.

It was a new facility and therefore clean. Pool area was very nice though it was too cool when we visited to use it.

I thought it was very bare, the decor was very low budget. I also booked because Booked.net ad stated they accepted dogs with possible minor fee. Our room was 69 euros for two adults and they tried to charge us 50 euros a night for our 5 pound dog. Ridiculous! They should not state they accept dogs!

Location excellent: opposite large beach, set in large-ish grounds and 12 minutes walk to the old town.

Was disappointed and annoyed when the hotel staff tried to charge for use of beach club for 4 days and claimed that this was a compulsory, fixed charge. We had never used these facilities. As I speak fluent Italian, I was able to get this charge removed after some painful negotiation

The hotel had a great location with direct access to a beautiful sandy beach, and it was conveniently close to the town center. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more pleasant.

The pool area is lovely and the supermarket on site is very handy. Beach umbrellas and sunbeds are great and knowing you can use the same ones each day of your stay is a bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, as we were directly opposite the sandy beach and close to the bus station. It was also just a short walk to the center, where we found many restaurants and shops. The staff here provided excellent service, offering room service and keeping our accommodations clean and comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a balcony with a lovely view. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

That the bathroom did not have a bathtub, but this did not detract from the overall experience. Despite this small drawback, we believe this venue is a wonderful place to stay.

The location. Vieste is not a very nice place. In addition, the hotel is located next to the village public market, so the surroundings get very dirty after the market has taken place (just some days of the week). The beach in front from the hotel is not very clean either.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and was positively surprised. the location is amazing, just a short walk to the beach and with stunning views of the sea. the hotel also offered great activities for kids, like games and crafts, which was perfect for my family. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The food at the hotel restaurant was disappointing. the Christmas dinner wasn't very tasty and the selection was limited.

The staff were so helpful and kind. It was a very good out of season rate. The breakfasts were very good. We could walk to the town and take long walks on the beach. The Gargano Peninsula was attractive.

The hotel is very big. Nevertheless they are quite well organised and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We staid in the dependance that is brand new. The room is very simply furbished but it is fair enough. To be honest I wouldn't rate this hotel like a 4 stars but more like a good 3 stars. Anyway the breakfast is good. The pool area is nice. The beach is really close to the hotel, just across the road. I would definitely reccomend this hotel to a family due to the "animator" taking care of children. If you don't need the facilties of the hotel it is no worth to spend money for this location.

There is one thing I didn't like it. I have been asked to pay a club card...26euros each. It was not clearly mentioned into booking offer. I cannot complaint because it was mentioned but to be very honest it was not clearly marked.Booked.net should require more transparency to the hotel, honestly I didn't see it. Anyway there are no major issues with this hotel. Everything is ok. Only one suggestion, with a so good breakfast with planty of croissants just baked, it is a pity to serve orange juice from a concentrate. I would really reccomend to offer fresh orange juice...but it is not a major problem...just a suggestion...
